1. Stringer Wooden Pallets
Stringer wooden pallets are a reliable choice for many industries because they offer strong load support and flexible design options. Built with parallel stringers that support the deck boards, these wooden pallets can be customized for your required size and weight capacity. Available in 2-way or 4-way entry, stringer pallets help improve forklift access, handling speed, and storage efficiency.
Two-Way Stringer Wooden Pallet
A two-way stringer wooden pallet allows forklift entry from the front and back, making it a practical choice for straightforward handling and storage. It can also be built as a reversible wooden pallet with deck boards on both sides for better support when stacking heavier loads.
Four-Way Stringer Wooden Pallet
A four-way stringer wooden pallet includes notches in the stringers, allowing forklift access from all four sides. This design improves manoeuvrability and helps move wooden pallets faster and more efficiently during transport, loading, and warehouse operations.
2-Block Wooden Pallets
Block wooden pallets use nine solid blocks to support the top and bottom deck boards, providing four-way forklift access. This wooden pallet style offers excellent stability and durability, making it ideal for heavy loads and a wide range of industrial applications. Compared to stringer designs, block wooden pallets improve manoeuvrability because they can be handled from all sides.
3-Wing Wooden Pallets
Wing wooden pallets are available in two styles: single-wing and double-wing. Double-wing wooden pallets have deck boards that extend beyond the stringers or blocks on both the top and bottom surfaces, while single-wing wooden pallets extend on the top only. This design increases surface area, providing added support and load stability. Wing wooden pallets are commonly used for specific load requirements in industries such as automotive, metal, and electronics. For better forklift compatibility, wing wooden pallets can also be built with notched stringers for four-way entry.
4-Wooden Skids
