Crates & Boxes

1. STRINGER PALLETS
Stringer pallets are the most widely used wooden pallets, featuring three parallel pieces of timber (called “stringers”) that support the deck boards on top. The stringers run the length of the pallet, providing support and enabling forklift access from the sides. These pallets can be two-way or four-way:
- Two-WAY STRINGER PALLET
Two-way stringer pallets allow forklift access only from the front and the back. Two-way Pallets can also be designed reversible. Meaning, they can have same number of top and bottom deck boards for heavy load stacking
- Four-WAY Stringer pallet
The four-way stringer pallets have additional notches that permit forklift access from all four sides.
2. Block Pallets
Block pallets are constructed with nine cylindrical blocks that support the top and bottom deck boards. These blocks enhance stability and enable four-way forklift access. Compared to stringer pallets, block pallets are more durable and versatile, allowing maneuverability from any side and accommodating various load sizes.
3. Wing Pallets
Wing pallets come in two types: single-wing and double-wing. Double-wing pallets have deck boards extending beyond the stringers or blocks on both the top and bottom surfaces, while single-wing pallets have boards that extend only on the top. These wings offer extra support and stability for goods. Wing pallets are commonly used in industries with specific load requirements, such as automotive, metal, and electronics. Additionally, stringers can be notched to create four-way wing pallets.
4. Skids
Skids are typically constructed with three parallel boards, known as "stringers," that attach to and support the top platform, also called deck boards. This design is suitable for simple applications. However, without bottom deck boards, skids are limited to horizontal (floor) movement and cannot be stacked.
5. Custom Pallet
Custom-made pallets are designed specifically for handling unique shipments. These pallets are engineered to meet the specifications for both domestic and international shipping. We offer a variety of lumber species, dimensions, and grades, building to your specifications while following industry-standard guidelines. In addition to standard sizing, such as 34" x 34", we also provide:
- the largest of pallets, for example, 8′ X 30′ .
- and the smallest of pallets, for example, 1′ X 2′.
- We make pallets from different kinds of woods. Although we do make economical pallets from pine wood, we are also makers of long-lasting hard-wood pallets.
Crates & Boxes
Wooden crates are constructed with heat-treated wood, making them suitable for international shipping. Using wooden crates for packaging addresses challenges such as wet transit conditions, heavy product concerns, and potential damage from rough handling. Wooden crates provide the strength needed to carry heavy products without distortion and can be stacked, minimizing the floor space required in shipping vessels or warehouses.

Grade A (#1)
This grade of recycled pallet has been restored to nearly its original condition. Broken stringers may have been replaced or repaired with metal plates, and all damaged deck boards are replaced. It is a fairly clean and structurally sound pallet, making it ideal for food manufacturing plants or customers seeking a slightly less used and stronger pallet.
Grade B (#2)
The Grade B recycled pallet is the workhorse of the shipping, manufacturing, and warehousing industries. This is commonly referred to as a companion stringer, block stringer, or double stringer. The “B” grade pallets usually have two (2) or less repaired stringers. The deck configuration on the “B” grade pallet is not always consistent because these pallets have been repaired many times.
