1. STRINGER PALLETS

Stringer pallets remain a popular choice for industries due to their strength and adaptable design. They include parallel stringers supporting the deck boards and can be customized for specific weight and size requirements. Furthermore, both two-way and four-way access options improve forklift handling and storage efficiency.

Two-way stringer pallets provide forklift access from the front and back, making them suitable for specific handling needs. Additionally, these pallets can be designed to be reversible, offering deck boards on both sides to support heavy load stacking.

Four-way stringer pallets feature notches that provide forklift access from all sides. This design enhances maneuverability and increases efficiency during transport and storage operations.

2. Block Pallets

Block pallets use nine cylindrical blocks to support the top and bottom deck boards, providing four-way forklift access. Additionally, these pallets offer enhanced stability and durability, making them suitable for heavy loads and various industrial applications. Unlike stringer pallets, block pallets allow maneuverability from all sides.

3. Wing Pallets

Wing pallets are available in two types: single-wing and double-wing. Double-wing pallets feature deck boards extending beyond the stringers or blocks on both the top and bottom surfaces. In contrast, single-wing pallets have boards extending only on the top. This design provides additional support and stability for goods. As a result, wing pallets are widely used in industries with specific load requirements, such as automotive, metal, and electronics. Additionally, stringers can be notched to create four-way wing pallets, enhancing forklift compatibility.

4. Skids

Skids are designed with parallel stringers supporting the top deck boards. This structure is ideal for simple applications where stacking is not required. Additionally, since skids lack bottom deck boards, they are limited to horizontal movement, making them suitable for transporting heavy equipment or temporary storage platforms.

5. Custom Pallet

Custom-made pallets are designed to handle unique shipments. These pallets meet the specifications for both domestic and international shipping. We offer various lumber species, dimensions, and grades, tailoring each pallet to your needs while adhering to industry guidelines.

Grade A (#1)

Grade A recycled pallets are restored to near-new condition, with minimal cosmetic defects. These pallets are ideal for industries that require high-quality materials, such as food production, pharmaceuticals, and high-end manufacturing. Additionally, they offer excellent durability and meet industry standards for reliable performance.

Grade B (#2)

Grade B recycled pallets are repaired with a focus on structural integrity, though they may have visible cosmetic imperfections.
