Do you sell new, used (recycled), and custom wooden pallets?
Yes. We offer new pallets, reconditioned used pallets, and custom builds based on your size, load, and handling needs.
Are used pallets reliable, and how are they graded/inspected?
Yes—used pallets can be a reliable option when properly reconditioned. Our used pallets are inspected and sorted by condition (grade), checking for damage such as broken boards, loose nails, and structural issues. We’ll recommend the best grade for your application.
What sizes do you carry, and can you build non-standard sizes?
We stock standard 40" × 48" pallets and a range of other sizes and specifications from 4 ft to 20 ft. We also build custom (non-standard) pallets, share your dimensions and quantity for pricing and availability.
How much weight can your pallets hold, and are they suitable for racking?
Capacity depends on pallet design and use (static/dynamic/racking). If you use warehouse racking, tell us your racking type and load weight and we’ll recommend a suitable pallet specification.
Do you supply heat-treated (HT) / ISPM-15 pallets for export?
Yes. We provide heat-treated (HT) pallets with ISPM-15 stamping when required for international shipping.
Do you provide export documentation for heat-treated pallets?
Yes, documentation can be provided upon request, depending on the shipment requirement.
What details do you need to give an accurate quote?
Pallet size, pallet type (new/used/custom), quantity, load weight, delivery location in BC, and whether HT/ISPM-15 is required. Use our quotation form (by pallet type) to submit the exact details—we’ll reply with pricing and lead time.
Do you offer freight services?
Yes, We serve British Columbia with pallet delivery across the Lower Mainland and U.S. border areas. We also offer a buy-back program for standard 40" × 48" pallets.
