Custom Made Pallets

We often design and especially manufacture pallets which are not commonly available.

In addition to modest sizing (for example, 34″ X 34″), we also do the largest of pallets (for example, 6′ X 26′) and the smallest of pallets (for example, 1′ X 2′). We make pallets from different kinds of woods. Although we do make economical pallets from pine wood, we are also makers of long-lasting hard-wood pallets.

Plywood Panel Pallets

Plywood Panel pallets are high quality pallets designed for longevity.
The plywood panel adds rigidity and durability to the entire structure.
This pallet is a captive pallet used for internal movement of a company’s inventories.
These pallets are cost effective when used repetitively within the internal logistics system.

Plywood Top Pallet (size and 4 Way or 2 Way Entry are optional)

Stringer: (2” x 4”) 3 stringers  or (4” x 4”) 6 blocks
Boards: Plywood at the top , but at the bottom, boards are optional

Single Face Skid Pallets

Skids are pallets with top deck boards and stringers only – no bottom deck boards.
This design will achieve some economizing and may be necessary for some material-handling requirements.
However, these pallets are subject to collapse because they lack the rigidity gained from the bottom deck boards
and so we do not commonly recommend them.
